Ilona was incredibly patient, as we took over a year to find something that worked for us. When we spotted that "perfect house" in the listings she provided, she was able to get us in immediately to see it. Once we decided this was "the one", her negotiating skills were incredible, and she helped us get the house at a price that was well within our budget. She was delightful to work with, guiding us through every step of the process. Buying a house can be a scary process, but with her skill and expertise, we felt much more confident going through the process. We're so grateful we had her as our agent! Her skill and expertise is phenomenal. We highly recommend her!

I'm a long distance real estate investor from Vancouver, B.C. and Ilona was exceptional. Never having been to Kauia she was able to help me best choose a property that would work for me.She is incredibly responsive and thorough and took all of the guess work off my plate.I especially appreciated her printable timeline she sent to keep me in compliance and up on important dates. Ilona responded immediately each time I called, emailed or texted! Buying our condo on Kauai from the mainland was not stressful at all, it could have been, but not with Ilona on the job! We feel so blessed that we found her!! We recommend her completely. Her breadth of knowledge of real estate as well as the vacation rental market of Kauai was exactly what we needed when purchasing a vacation rental investment property.We will definitely use Ilona again for our next purchase!

My wife and I relied completely on Ilona for the purchase of our house on Kauai -- and she exceed every expectation! We completed the purchase from our home on the mainland, and she made it easy. Her responses to our questions were very prompt. She had the answer for nearly every question, and the few she didn't, she found the answer fast and got right back to us. We can recommend Ilona without reservation! She is knowledgeable, professional and caring -- she is the BEST!

I've been fortunate enough to work with Ilona on a number of occasions and she was been absolutely wonderful each time. I recently sold a vacation rental property and just days away from closing, we ran into a few serious issues that could have delayed the sale and resulted in thousands of dollars of lost rental income, not to mention some very disappointed guests. I was off island at the time and was considering cutting my trip short, but that was not necessary, as Ilona took immediate action and handled everything on my behalf. Additionally, she was able to get me top dollar for my condo, which at the time of writing this review, still holds the record for highest sale in the history of the complex. In my experience, no property sale goes off without a hitch, but if you work with Ilona, you will feel as if it did. Needless to say, I would highly recommend her.
