Highly experienced Kauai realtor who provides excellent guidance in a personal manner! Ilona is a fantastic person to work with! She came highly recommended by a friend and we feel so blessed to have found her. We had a goal of one year to find our dream place on Kauai, but truly had no idea how to go about it or even what exactly we wanted. From day one Ilona understood she would be in it for the long haul with us and was absolutely understanding. She has a long history on the island and offered great advice and information. She immediately began sending listings regularly. We chatted often about what we desired in a property, and honestly we were VERY specific which did limit our options. We found our dream place within 5 months! We immediately knew it was a competitive property but she helped us submit an offer within hours and guided us thru the commencing bidding war. We got it!! Once our offer was accepted she was in constant touch regarding necessary timelines and documents, and continued to be available step by step, coordinating inspections, referrals and final cleaning.We could not be happier and are still pinching ourselves that we have our dream home on Kauai!What we appreciated most was Ilona's friendly, informal style, which we could sense could adapt as needed when things became serious. And she always treated us as friends more than clients.Highly, highly recommend!

Kauai EXPERT and AMAZING Realtor!! From the moment we met Ilona (the last day of our vacation last June 2025) to the final closing date of our new townhouse in Kauai (January 2026) she was so helpful, friendly and absolutely an expert on Kauai! She was able to guide us every step of the way and kept us updated on Kauai properties as we sold our Maui condo. She even had a wonderful reference for a realtor on Maui - who we used and was amazing!! Ilona went out of her way to get us the place we wanted and at a price we loved. She had all the contacts for rental management company, furniture, decor, inspections, and anything else we have needed. We would absolutely use her again and plan to stay in touch as we start enjoying our time in Kauai every year.

Ilona has been our Go-to agent starting with the first unit we purchased. She is always responsive and provides good insight as to market conditions and keeps us grounded in setting our expectations. She has covered for us when timing and logistics were challenging and we never hesitate to trust her decisions in representing us when we are not available. Through out 4 purchases, she has become a true and trusted friend as well as a business associate. Ilona was incredibly patient, as we took over a year to find something that worked for us. When we spotted that "perfect house" in the listings she provided, she was able to get us in immediately to see it. Once we decided this was "the one", her negotiating skills were incredible, and she helped us get the house at a price that was well within our budget. She was delightful to work with, guiding us through every step of the process. Buying a house can be a scary process, but with her skill and expertise, we felt much more confident going through the process. We're so grateful we had her as our agent! Her skill and expertise is phenomenal. We highly recommend her!

I'm a long distance real estate investor from Vancouver, B.C. and Ilona was exceptional. Never having been to Kauia she was able to help me best choose a property that would work for me.She is incredibly responsive and thorough and took all of the guess work off my plate.I especially appreciated her printable timeline she sent to keep me in compliance and up on important dates. As well as her cost to own/profit printouts she made for each property I was considering purchasing.Will definitely be purchasing through Ilona again!

Ilona responded immediately each time I called, emailed or texted! Buying our condo on Kauai from the mainland was not stressful at all, it could have been, but not with Ilona on the job! We feel so blessed that we found her!! We recommend her completely. Her breadth of knowledge of real estate as well as the vacation rental market of Kauai was exactly what we needed when purchasing a vacation rental investment property.We will definitely use Ilona again for our next purchase!
